We made it!

Dear Supporters,
We came in this morning at 1:30 am local time. The last section was a bike ride of ~40 km uphill with a 2500′ climb. We had a team on our tail so that we rushed to the top of the hill.
We finish the grueling course with bruised feet, hurting knees and various scrapes but without any major injuries.
More details will come later.

The word from the field via their support crew is that all are well and in good spirits!Â
Dom’s family arrived and are excited about seeing him. We are all watching the tracking closely to see when they will be in the Bozeman area and we’re headed up to see them.Â
Follow the Tracking and Leaderboard for the up-to-date info. Also the Latest News has some information on what is happening during the race. The Photo Gallery has great pictures of the race and incredible sights seen here in MT.
When we connect with them in Bozeman we’ll have more information to pass along directly from them.

Hello Fans!
I’ve just been able to log-in to post messages. The team is doing well - as you can see on the Leaderboard and Tracking they are hovering around 22nd place. They are still on the apparently grueling hike from TA11 to TA12. TA12 is an unassisted transition where they switch to bikes. The Yellowstone rafting segment is closed, so they will bike more.
The team wishes to tell everyone they are well and still having fun - mostly. I followed the team all day yesterday (Tuesday) on the Gallatin River kayaking and river boarding segments. They ended the day with dinner, some much needed sleep, and off on the 50+ mile trek through the mountains.
I’ll post pictures when I can figure out how to do it - blogging is new to me.

Team Blue was formed last fall somewhat randomly. Kent and Dom, through the magic of the internet, hooked up with Julie and Ron. Between the four of us, we cover most of the continent with Ron in Orlando, Julie in New Orleans, Kent in San Jose, Ca and Dominique in Calgary. In order to circle around our 4 cities, you would have to drive for 7200 miles!
The one thing that unites us is the love for Adventure Racing, and even more so, the love of having fun. Our first goal for Primal Quest was to win it, but we then settled for World Domination instead ….
You can track us on our team blog site at http://pqteamblue.blogspot.com/
